Order Processing

Order received before 5 pm EST are processed same day between Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders must be received by 5 PM to be processed the same day.

Expedited shipping

Available in U S. To ensure timely delivery of orders opting for expedited shipping they must be received by 3 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST and those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy

Arthur Marder Fine Jewelry offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply  print a return label the link we email you, Then drop off your package at the nearest Post office location or request pick up.

Returned in saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
